I’ve been dreaming about this one all week. CauliPower pizza crust, 1/2 oz. blue cheese, 1/2 oz. goat cheese, red onion, thinly sliced red pear, pan-seared beef filet, arugula, and a scant Tbsp of balsamic reduction. My husband asked if it was “blog worthy.” HELL YEAH! On pizza night I usually eat 2/3 of the pizza and give the rest to my man. Not this week! I ate the whole damn thing.
My husband wanted traditional.
Made another batch of gazpacho this afternoon, too. (Sans mushrooms)

Tomorrow: Making chicken soup for my guy for the week, 20 grapefruit to peel and supreme, and turkey meatloaf to create for Monday’s dinner. Cheers!
