Pecan Crusted Catfish with Chipotle Polenta and Mango Apple Pepper Relish was on the menu last week at a wonderful cooking class prepared by Chef Scott Donhauser from the Craft and Cork Gastropub in Hamburg, NY. The night was sponsored by Independent Health and Healthy Options Buffalo. We made it tonight, sans pecans, because we forgot to add them! Ooops! But it was delicious anyways!
